Light transmission and shielding performance of flexible stainless steel mesh
In order to improve the shielding effectiveness and light transmission performance of metal mesh materials,a combination of shielding simulation technology and fabric coverage factor theory is used to explore the effect of wire diameter and density of flexible stainless steel mesh fabric on shielding effectiveness and light transmission performance. The results show that when the stainless steel wire diameter is less than 0.5 mm,and the spacing of the fabric is in the range of 10~20 mm,the fabric achieves effective shielding with a transmittance of over 90%,as well as high transparency and strong shielding effect.
