Color stripping and degradation regeneration of colored cashmere based on electrospinning technology
In order to recycle and utilize cashmere fiber, the L-cysteine synergistic thiourea dioxide system is used to strip and degrade cashmere fiber. The extracted keratin is electrospun blended with sericin and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)to prepare fiber membrane for fiber regeneration. The effects of the mass ratio of keratin to PVA,the concentration of spinning solution, the mass ratio of keratin to sericin, the voltage of electrospinning equipment, the receiving distance and the injection speed on the spinning effect are discussed. The results show that the optimum electrospinning process is as follows:7%spinning solution concentration, mass ratio of keratin to PVA 30/70,mass ratio of keratin to sericin 4∶1,equipment voltage 20 kV,receiving distance 13 cm and flow rate 3 mL/h.The fiber structure of keratin/PVA fiber membrane is uniform and smooth. With the increase of the mass ratio of keratin and sericin, the morphology of keratin/sericin/PVA fiber membrane changes little, and the antibacterial performance is improved with antibacterial rate of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli of 55.32%and 69.96%.
