"消点法"接结双层纬起花织物设计

摘要
介绍了未接结双层组织中4种交织关系和"消点法"结接双层组织的特点、织物表层纬起花花型设计、组织设计、穿综设计、纬纱色纱排列、上机工艺参数等.表里接结双层纬起花织物表层由粗支异色纬纱起花,在平纹地上形成极具对称美的花型图案,里层为平纹组织.为使织物表层纯净,通过"消点法"将两层织物接结在一起.
Abstract
Four kinds of interleaving relationships in unconnected double-layer weave and the characteristics of the"Point elimination method"bonded double-layer weave without knots,as well as the design of the surface weft pattern,weave design,warp design,weft color yarn arrangement,and weaving process parameters.The surface layer of the double-layer weft jacquard fabric is made of thick count and different color weft yarn,forming a highly symmetrical and beautiful pattern on the plain,and the inner layer is plain weave.In order to make the surface layer of the fabric pure,the two layers of fabrics are connected together by"Point elimination method".
