摘要
开发了一种纬编无缝织物的数字化设计方法,构建了全成形连衣裙的三维结构与轮廓形态.采用织物设计CAD软件,使全成形连衣裙结构设计同步于针织无缝技术的发展.基于全成形连衣裙一体成形的特点,对其进行编织试验,并且完成了实物的试织.归纳总结了全成形结构设计的优势,提出的方法适用于全成形连衣裙的设计与产品开发,可为复杂结构的纬编无缝织物开发提供参考.
Abstract
A digital design method for seamless weft knitted fabrics has been developed,and the three-dimensional structure and contour shape of fully formed dresses have been constructed.Through the fabric design CAD software,the structural design of the fully formed dress is synchronized with the development of the seamless knitting technology.Based on the integrated forming characteristics of the fully formed dress,the knitting experiment is carried out on the fully formed dress,and the full formed dress is developed.On this basis,the advantages of fully formed structure design are summarized.The method proposed in this paper is applicable to the design and product development of fully formed dresses,and provides a reference for the development of seamless fabrics with complex structures.
