氧化铝缝纫线的制备与力学性能

针对氧化铝纤维在簇绒过程中出现纤维断裂的情况,采用二维编织技术制得4种不同编织节距(4、6、8、10 mm)的包芯氧化铝缝合线,对包芯氧化铝缝合线的表面形貌、耐磨性能、钩接强力和剪切性能进行分析。结果表明:包芯氧化铝缝合线表面的屈曲程度随着编织节距的增加而逐渐增大;与氧化铝原纱相比,编织节距为4 mm的包芯氧化铝缝合线性能提升最大,平均磨断次数提升了7。7倍,最大钩接强力提升了11倍,最大剪切强度提升了7。4倍。
Preparation of alumina sewing thread and its mechanical properties
In view of the fiber fracture of alumina fiber in the process of tufting,four kinds of core-alumina sutures with different weave spacing(4,6,8,10 mm)are prepared by two-dimensional weaving technology.The surface morphology,wear resistance,hook strength and shear property are analyzed.The results show with the increase of weave spacing,the surface buckling degree of the core-alumina suture gradually increases.Compared with the alumina yarn,the performance of the core-alumina suture with weave spacing of 4 mm has the greatest performance improvement,with an average number of abrasion increased by 7.7 times,a maximum hook strength increased by 11 times,and a maximum shear strength increased by 7.4 times.
