静电纺PU膜纤维形貌对氧等离子体亲水改性的影响

摘要
通过静电纺丝技术制备了不同纤维形貌的PU膜,分析纤维形貌对氧等离子处理的PU膜表面润湿性的影响,并研究氧等离子体处理的膜材料的油水分离性能.结果表明:氧等离子体处理技术不会改变静电纺PU膜原有的纤维形貌和表面元素组成,但会在膜材料表面接枝—OH基团,使得疏水性静电纺PU膜具有亲水性(22.6°)和水下疏油性(155.9°);同时,纤维的直径越小,直径不匀越明显,等离子体处理的PU膜的亲水性和水下疏油性越优异.另外,等离子体处理的膜材料用于油水混合物的分离时,不同纤维形貌的膜材料的油水分离效率均高于99.5%.纤维直径和直径不匀会影响膜材料的孔径大小和孔隙率,造成油水分离的水通量的变化.
Abstract
Polyurethane(PU)membranes with different fiber morphology are prepared by electrospun technology,then the influence of fiber morphology on the surface wettability of oxygen plasma-treated PU membrane is analyzed,and the oil-water separation performance of the membrane is also investigated.The results show that oxygen plasma treatment doesnot alter the original fiber morphology or surface elemental composition of electrospun PU membrane,but it grafts—OH groups onto the surface of the membrane,then the hydrophobic electrospun PU membrane becomes hydrophilic(22.6°)and underwater oleophobic(155.9°).Additionally,the smaller the fiber diameter and the more obvious the unevenness of the fiber thickness,the better the hydrophilicity and underwater oleophobicity of the plasma-treated PU membrane.When the membrane is used for oil-water separation,the efficiency of the membranes with different fiber morphology is greater than 99.5%.Furthermore,the fiber diameter and unevenness of the fiber thickness affect the pore size and porosity of the membrane and cause the change in the water flux for oil-water separation.
