摘要
高强高模碳纤维是一种可同时兼顾强度和模量的高性能碳纤维,但其高模量化导致材料表面惰性增加和复合材料层剪切强度下降.表面处理可有效提升高强高模碳纤维的润湿性和表面化学活性.介绍了高强高模碳纤维的制备流程及界面性能演变,阐述及展望了表面处理技术的研究进展与应用前景.
Abstract
High-strength and high-modulus carbon fibers are high-performance carbon fibers that can simultaneously balance strength and modulus.However,their high modulus leads to an increase in surface inertness and a decrease in interfacial shear strength of composite materials.Surface treatment can effectively enhance the wettability and surface chemical activity of high-strength and high-modulus carbon fibers.The preparation process of high-strength and high-modulus carbon fibers and the evolution of their interfacial properties are briefly introduced.The research progress in surface treatment of high-strength and high-modulus carbon fibers is systematically discussed,and the development trends and application prospects of surface treatment for high-strength and high-modulus carbon fibers is prospected.
