Weaving process of fully formed tubular fabric and development of its derivative products
The weaving process of fully formed tubular fabrics is analyzed,and its application in the development of tubular fabrics and their derivative products are explored.Firstly,the principle of fully formed tubular fabric weaving is analyzed,and based on the fully formed seamless process,an efficient fully formed tubular fabric weaving method is proposed to improve production efficiency and product quality.In terms of product development,taking basic tubular fabrics,multi tubular fabrics and their derivatives as examples,the ability and potential of fully formed tubular fabrics to expand shape and space are explored through weaving experiments.The experimental results show that fully formed tubular fabrics have good plasticity,and their multi-faceted shape function can meet the needs of fabrics in different fields.Finally,the weaving process of fully formed tubular fabrics and its importance in the development of derivative products are summarized,in order to provide reference for the improvement of the weaving process of fully formed tubular fabrics and the development of derivative products.
