摘要
以长绒棉/Coolmax/珍珠纤维混纺纱为经纱,石墨烯异形涤纶长丝/抗菌氨纶包覆纱为纬纱,开发轻薄型功能性弹力牛仔面料.根据经纱中纤维吸湿性好,纬纱具有弹性、易回缩等特点,优选织前、织造和后整理工艺,特别是在织造过程中通过接纬剑积极握持和增设绞边纱等方式,解决了因纬纱弹性回缩造成百脚疵布的问题.所研发的牛仔面料在外观、服用性能和功能性方面较好地满足了人们对健康和防护纺织品的需求.
Abstract
The lightweight functional elastic denim fabric is developed with long-staple cotton/Coolmax/pearl fiber blended yarn as warp yarn and graphene profiled polyester filament/antibacterial spandex wrapped yarn as weft yarn.The pre-weaving,weaving and finishing processes are optimized according to the characteristics of good moisture absorption of the fiber in the warp and easy shrinkage of the elastic weft.Especially in the weaving process,the problem of fabric defects caused by elastic shrinkage of the weft yarn is solved by several measures,such as actively holding the weft by receiving sword,adding the hem yarn,and so on.The developed denim fabric has excellent appearance,wearability and function,which can meet the requirements for health and protective textiles.
