Adjustment of microenvironment humidity under protective clothing
In order to reduce the humidity of the microenvironment under the protective clothing,a desiccant dehumidification method is adopted,and calcium chloride desiccant with non-toxic and high safety is selected to design a dehumidification vest.The arrangement of desiccant bags is studied according to the density of desiccant bags and the factors of single and double side distribution、and the dehumidification vest is improved.The research results show that the dehumidification effect of the desiccant double side close arrangement is the best,and the relative humidity of the lower torso of the protective clothing can be reduced from about 90%to about 60%within 40 min.However,this method also has the drawbacks of not having a significant dehumidification effect on the upper arms and thighs,as well as a significant increase in skin temperature in the trunk area.The improvement scheme of installing exhaust fans in the abdomen and back waist of the protective clothing can reduce the relative humidity of the upper arms and thighs to about 65%,and can also effectively reduce the skin temperature of the sweating manikin.It can lower the chest to about 34 ℃,abdomen to about 35 ℃,back to about 36.5 ℃,back waist and upper arm to about 35.5 ℃,and thigh to about 33 ℃.Therefore,the improved dehumidifying vest can effectively reduce the humidity of the microenvironment under the protective clothing,and also ensure that the sweating manikin's skin temperature does not rise.
