3种医用弹性绷带的结构与物理性能对比

测试并对比分析了纯棉、氨纶和聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)3种医用弹性绷带的表面形态结构、面密度与厚度、弹性、弯曲性、亲水性以及液体扩散性等物理性能.结果表明:3种弹性绷带中,纯棉、PBT弹性绷带为平纹织物,氨纶弹性绷带为经重平组织结构;PBT弹性绷带的面密度与厚度最小,稳定性最好,柔软舒适,且具有较好的弹性、弹性回复率、优异的亲水性和液体扩散性能.
Comparisonof structure and physical properties of three kinds of medical elastic bandages
The physical properties of pure cotton,polyurethane and polybutylene terylene(PBT)medical elastic bandages,such as surface morphology,mass per unit area and thickness,elastic property,bending property,hydrophilic property and liquid diffusion property are tested and compared.The results show that among the three kinds of elastic bandages,pure cotton and PBT elastic bandages are plain fabrics,while polyurethane elastic bandage is provided with a warp-rib structure.PBT elastic bandage possesses the smallest mass per unit area and thickness,the best stability,softness and comfort,and has good elasticity,elastic recovery,excellent hydrophilic and liquid diffusion properties.
