莲子壳提取液对棉织物的染色工艺

为开发新型天然染料,合理利用废弃资源,采用热回流法提取莲子壳色素,将其用于棉织物的染色.探讨了媒染法类别和媒染剂种类对织物染色性能及色牢度的影响,优化了染色工艺.结果表明:以硫酸铝、明矾和蓝矾为媒染剂时,获得黄棕色色调;采用绿矾为媒染剂时,则获得灰色色调.最佳染色工艺为以绿矾媒染剂进行前媒染色,染色pH值=7,95℃温度下恒温染色60 min.染色后棉织物的色牢度超过3级,TUVA、TUVB和UPF分别为2.99%、2.49%和40.01,织物显示出较好的抗紫外效果.
Cotton dyeing ith lotus seed epicarp extract
To develop new natural dyes and utilize waste plant resources,the lotus seed epicarp pigment has been extracted by thermal reflow extraction method and then is used to dye cotton fabrics.The effects of mordant dyeing method and mordant types on the dyeing properties and color fastness of fabric are discussed,and the dyeing process is optimized.The results indicate that the colors of yellowish brown can be obtained by using aluminum sulfate,alum and chalcanthite as mordant,and the color of gray can be obtained by using melanterite as mordant.The optimal dying conditions is as follows:pre-mordant dyeing at 95 ℃ for 60 min with melanterite as mordant and pH value of 7.The color fastness of dyed cotton fabric can reach Grade 3 or above,with TUVA,TUVB and UPF values of 2.99%,2.49%and 40.0,respectively,showing good anti-ultraviolet function.
