摘要

利用提取的姜黄素对黏胶织物进行染色,通过测试染色织物的色差、匀染性与色牢度,探讨姜黄素对黏胶织物进行染色的可行性.研究结果表明:利用姜黄素对黏胶织物进行染色的最佳质量浓度为90~110 mg/L,pH值为5,温度为80℃,时间为50 min,染色后织物呈黄偏绿色,且耐皂洗色牢度与耐摩擦色牢度、耐人造光色牢度均在3~4级,已达到染色织物色牢度3级的要求.认为:利用姜黄素对黏胶织物进行染色具有较好的可行性.

Abstract

Extracted curcumin is used to dye viscose fabrics,and the color difference,evenness and color fastness of the dyed fabrics are tested to study the feasibility of curcumin dyeing of viscose fabrics.The results show that the optimal concentration of curcumin for dyeing viscose fabric is 90~110 mg/L,dyeing at 80 ℃ for 50 min with pH value of 5.The dyed fabrics is yellowish to green,and the color fastness to soap washing,friction resistance and artificial light are all at levels 3~4,which can meet the requirement of dyed fabric.It is concluded that it is feasible to dye viscose fabric with curcumin.
