In order to reduce the amount of chemical reagents used and reduce the pollution of degumming wastewater,a new short-process degumming process of"biological enzyme-one bath alkali oxygen treating weak peroxide bleaching"is designed and explored, with residual glue rate as the evaluation index. The optimal process is determined as follows:biological enzyme degumming at 55 ℃ for 4 h with pectinase concentration of 6 g/L,xylanase concentration of 3 g/L,and pH value of 4.5;The one bath alkali oxygen treating at 95 ℃ for 3 h with alkali concentration of 8.5%and hydrogen peroxide concentration of 5%;The weak peroxide bleaching at 95 ℃ for 1 h with hydrogen peroxide concentration of 2%.Compared with the chemical degumming method, the optimal sample of biological enzyme-oxidative degumming has comparable content of each colloidal component, better impurity rate, length and short pile rate, and lower COD and chromaticity of degumming waste liquid
