MXene/锦纶导电织物的制备及其电加热性能

以自制MXene(Ti3C2Tx)配制去离子水分散液,将锦纶织物浸渍到该分散液中得到MXene/锦纶导电织物.通过调整MXene分散液质量浓度、单次浸渍时间和浸渍次数,以方块电阻为指标,得到MXene/锦纶导电织物制备较优工艺,制备MXene/锦纶织物的方块电阻为(524±38)Ω/□.然后用SEM照片、FTIR光谱和TGA曲线对其进行表征.利用阶跃电压测试和恒定电压循环测试表征电加热性能.结果表明,MXene/锦纶织物具有稳定可靠的电加热功能.
Preparation of conductive MXene/nylon fabric and its electric heating property
The deionized aqueous dispersion is prepared with self-made MXene(Ti3C2Tx),and then the nylon fabric is impregnated into the dispersion to obtain MXene/nylon conductive fabric.By adjusting the concentration of MXene dispersion,single impregnation time and impregnation times,and taking the square resistance as the index,the optimum preparation process of MXene/nylon conductive fabric is obtained.The square resistance of MXene/nylon fabric is 524±38Ω/□.Then the product is characterized by SEM image,FTIR spectra and TGA curve.The electric heating performance of MXene/nylon fabric is tested by step voltage test and constant voltage cycle test.The results show that MXene/nylon fabric has stable and reliable electric heating function.
