摘要
基于蛋白改性聚乙烯醇纤维与莫代尔的性能特点,开发了功能性蛋白改性聚乙烯醇和莫代尔纤维混纺面料,设计了混纺弹力针织面料的纺纱、织造和染整工艺,并测试了织物的色牢度、缩水率、抗静电性、抗起毛起球性、氨基酸含量、抗病毒性能和抗菌性能.测试结果表明,开发的针织面料兼具亲肤、抗菌和抗病毒功能,且面料各项服用性能指标均符合要求,可用于针织内衣等面料的大规模生产.
Abstract
Based on the performance characteristics of protein modified polyvinyl alcohol fiber and modal fiber,the blended fabric of protein modified polyvinyl alcohol and modal fiber is developed.The spinning,weaving and dyeing processes are designed,and color fastness,shrinkage,anti-static property,pilling resistance,the amino acid content,anti-virus property,and the anti-bacterial property of the fabric are tested.The test results show that the developed knitted fabric has skin friendly,antibacterial and antiviral function,and the wearability indexes of the fabric meet the requirements.It can be used in the large-scale production of knitted underwear and other fabrics.
