Preparation of cotton cellulose-based carbon particles and their photothermal properties
Carbon particles with light absorbing and heating properties are prepared by carbonization using cotton fiber as raw material and citric acid, pure water, ammonium polyphosphate, phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid as activators.Influences of activator type on the structure and the light absorbing and heating properties of carbon particles are studied by means of SEM,FTIR and light absorbing and heating properties. The results show that the activator type has an important effect on the micro-morphology,infrared absorption spectrum curve and light absorption and heating performance of carbon particles; The heating value of carbon particle aqueous solution under illumination increases with the decrease of the relative intensity of its infrared spectral characteristic absorption peak;Based on the comprehensive carbonization yield and light heating performance, ammonium polyphosphate activated carbon particles have better performance, and the coated fabrics exhibit good light heating performance.
