新型牙签条织物的开发与生产

研究了凸轮开口织机生产凹凸立体感牙签条织物及多臂织机生产提花牙签条织物的技术关键.通过平纹+3/1斜纹的6页凸轮特殊组合,结合整经片纱张力控制、浆纱退绕预牵伸后分绞、浆液配方等工艺,解决了不同交织频次组织的经纱张力差异和耐磨性不足的问题,最终替代多臂织机生产出牙签条织物.基于多臂织机,将牙签条组织和经起花组织进行组合,采用对称花型和双轴织造,生产出提花牙签条织物,提高了产品附加值.
Development and production of new type toothpick stripe fabric
The key technology of producing toothpick stripe fabric with effect of three-dimensional of concave and convex on cam shedding loom and jacquard toothpick fabric on dobby loom is studied.Through the special combination of 1/1/3+3/1 6-page cams,the tension control of the entire warp sheet yarn,the unwinding and pre drafting of the size yarn,the splitting of the sized yarn,and the size glue recipe,the problems of warp tension differences and wear resistance of different weaving frequencies are solved,and ultimately the production of toothpicks on a dobby loom is replaced by cam loom.Based on a dobby loom,by means of using ingeniously combining the toothpick weave and warp figure weave,symmetrical patterns,as well as double weave's beams,toothpick fabric of the warp figure weave is produced,which increases the added value of the product.
