柔性超细黏胶喷气涡流纺纱的研发及性能

摘要
以0.44 dtex超细黏胶纤维和常规涤纶、常规黏胶纤维为原料,通过喷气涡流纺工艺开发出涤纶/黏胶/超细黏胶64/16/20和涤纶/黏胶/超细黏胶48/12/40喷气涡流混纺纱,并对二者的结构、性能和应用进行分析.试验结果表明,喷气涡流混纺纱具有柔软的手感、良好的吸湿性和一定的强力.基于超细黏胶纤维研发出柔性喷气涡流混纺纱具有一定的可行性.
Abstract
Using 0.44 dtex superfine viscose fiber,conventional polyester fiber and conventional viscose fiber as raw materials,polyester/viscose/superfine viscose 64/16/20 and polyester/viscose/superfine viscose 48/12/40 jet vortex blended yarns are developed by jet vortex spinning process,and the structure,properties and application of the two are analyzed.The test results show that the air-jet vortex blended yarn has soft handle,good moisture absorption and certain strength.It is considered that it is feasible to develop flexible jet vortex blended yarn based on superfine viscose fiber.
