Influence of fabric structure on the downproofness of woven fabrics
;In order to comprehensively study the influence of factors such as yarn count, warp and weft yarn density on the downproofness of the down fabric in the structure of uncoated/uncoated fabrics,12 fabric samples are collected to test the fabric structure and downproofness, and the gray correlation analysis i carried out on the test data. The following conclusions have been drawn:The fabric structure has a significant impact on the downproofness of the fabric.Twill fabric is better than plain fabric in downproofness. The order of importance of the structural factors affecting the downproofness of plain weave fabric is tightness>gram weight>warp tightness>warp density>warp yarn density>weft yarn density>weft tightness>weft density. The order of importance of the structural factors affecting the downproofness of twill fabric is warp tightness>weft tightness>tightness>weft density>gram weight>warp density>warp yarn density>weft yarn density. The fabric tightness has a great influence on down fabric. The twill fabric can control the tightness of down fabric at about 90%,which is helpful to improve the downproofness of down fabric.
