Preparation of ultra-light air-sprayed fiber fluffy flocs and its warmth retention performance
Using air-jet spinning method,the four polymer spinning solutions of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA),polysulfone(PSU),polyacrylonitrile(PAN)and polystyrene(PS)are respectively spun by a gas-liquid coaxial spinning equipment,and the forming structure and bulk density of the four polymer fibers are comprehensively compared to determine the PS with the best fluffiness.Then,the effects of solution concentration and air pressure on the morphology and fluffiness of PS fibers are studied in detail,and the optimal spinning conditions are determined to be a solution mass fraction of 20％and a spinning pressure of 0.2 MPa.At this time,its bulk density is only 13.32 mg/cm3,porosity is as high as 98.66％,and thermal conductivity at-40 ℃ is as low as 21.63 mW/mK.
