改性壳聚糖接枝亚麻织物及其抗菌性能

针对壳聚糖水溶性和抗菌性能差的问题,采用(3-羧丙基)三苯基漠化鳞(TPPB)和三聚氯氰(TCT)双改性壳聚糖,并将其整理到亚麻织物上.采用红外光谱、粒径、Zeta电位、EDS、SEM和抑菌测试进行分析表征.单因素试验结果表明,CS与TPPB的质量比为1∶2,CS与HOBt的质量比为1∶1,合成TPPB-CS的反应温度为80℃,反应时间为10h,CS与TCT的质量比为1∶1,合成TPPB-CS-TCT的反应温度为0℃,反应时间为2h时,整理后的亚麻织物对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率可达100%,对大肠埃希菌的抑菌率可达99.77%,具有良好的抗菌性能.
Modified chitosan grafted linen fabric and its antibacterial properties
In order to solve the problem of poor water solubility and antibacterial property of chitosan,(3-carboxypropyl)triphenyl phosphonium bromide(TPPB)and cyanuric chloride(TCT)are used to double modify chitosan,and then applied to linen fabric.Infrared spectrum,particle size,Zeta potential,EDS,SEM and antibacterial tests are used to analysis and characterize.The results of single factor experiment show that the mass ratio of CS to TPPB is 1∶2,the mass ratio of CS to HOBt is 1∶1,the synthesizing of TPPB-CS is at 80 ℃for 10 h,the mass ratio of CS to TCT is 1∶1,the reaction of TPPB-CS-TCT is at 0 ℃ for 2 h.The antibacterial rate of the finished linen fabric against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli is 100%and 99.77%respectively,which shows good antibacterial properties.
