超高分子量聚乙烯纤维的染色性能

为获得高染色深度的超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纤维,以苯甲酸苄酯为载体对纤维进行分散染料染色,通过还原清洗、二道皂洗工艺洗去纤维表面浮色,以实现固色,并对染色前后UHMWPE纤维的性能进行表征.试验结果表明:苯甲酸苄酯对超高分子量聚乙烯纤维具有增塑膨化作用,使得纤维内部无定形区分子链段松动,染料得以进入纤维内部,从而获得具有高颜色深度、高色牢度的UHMWPE纤维产品;染料上染率高达66.7%,断裂强力损失率维持在4.43%以内.最佳染色工艺为:染色温度125℃,升温速率2 K/min,染色时间60 min.
Dyeing properties of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber
In order to obtain ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)fibers with high dyeing depth,benzyl benzoate is used as a carrier to dye the fibers with disperse dyes,and the floating color on the surface of the fibers is washed off by reductive cleaning and secondary soaping process to achieve color fixation,and the properties of UHMWPE fibers before and after dyeing are characterized.The results show that benzyl benzoate has a plasticizing and expanding effect on UHMWPE,which can loosen the molecular segments in the amorphous zone inside the fibers,and allow the dyes enter the fibers,so as to obtain UHMWPE fiber products with high color depth and high color fastness.The dye uptake is as high as 66.7%,and the loss rate of breaking strength is maintained within 4.43%.The optimum dyeing process is determned as follows:dyeing at 125 ℃ for 60 min with heating rate of 2 K/min.
