棉织物活性染料高利用率染色机理及应用

通过聚环氧氯丙烷胺化物阳离子改性棉织物,使用中性固色活性染料染色实现棉织物无盐高上染率染色.结果发现:在改性剂质量分数3%、NaOH质量浓度5 g/L、改性温度60℃、改性时间25 min的条件下进行改性,棉织物在pH值=7的溶液中电位为32 mV左右;N元素含量增加;最终上染率可以超过95%,同时染色棉织物色牢度较好.研究结果表明,阳离子改性棉织物可实现中性无盐高利用率活性染料染色.
High utilization dyeing mechanism of cotton reactive dyeing and its application
Cotton fabric is modified with cationic polyepichlorohydrin amine and then dyed with neutral fixed reactive dyes to achieve salt free and high dye uptake dyeing of cotton fabric.The results show that under the conditions of modifier of 3%,NaOH of 5 g/L,and modification at 60 ℃ for 25 min,the potential of cotton fabric in a solution with pH value of 7 is about 32 mV;The content of N element increases;The final dye uptake can exceed 95%,and the dyed cotton fabric has good color fastness.The research results indicate that cationic modified cotton fabrics can achieve neutral,salt free,and high utilization reactive dye dyeing.
