摘要

设计并生产了天丝/聚酯基椰炭纤维纬剪花布.对织物规格、组织、花型、色纱循环等进行了设计.为提高织造效率,对织前准备工序和织造工序的工艺参数进行了优化设计,使织造效率达到91.2%.

Abstract

A kind of Tencel/polyester based coconut carbon fiber weft cut fabric is designed and produced.The fabric specification,fabric weave,decorative pattern,warp and weft combination are designed to improve the weaving efficiency.The process parameters of the preparation of weaving and weaving process are optimized,and the weaving efficiency can reach 91.2%.
