智能舒适电加热防雨服研制与评估

户外运动者遇雨水、大风时会体表潮湿而产生不适,为改善防雨服穿着不透气、沉重舒适性差等问题,设计了能在一定时间内对人体持续加热又轻便舒适的防雨服.通过面辅料更替与结构设计,同时在人体特定部位内置石墨烯加热片,设置温控装置达到向人体供热和保暖的目的,以此提升热舒适度.测试结果表明,该设计能以智能温变的方式向人体持续供暖,有效预防并降低了人体热量散失带来的不适感,减少了户外运动者因降温发生意外的几率,有效提升了防雨服的穿着舒适性.
Design and evaluation of intelligent and comfortable electric heating raincoat
In order to prevent and reduce the discomfort caused by damp body surface or sudden drop of temperature caused by heavy rain and wind for outdoor athletes,and to improve the comfort of raincoat,such as airtight and heavy,a lightweight and comfortable raincoat is designed,which can heat the human body continuously for a certain period of time.Through fabric replacement and structure design,comfort is achieved,while graphene heater sheets are built into specific parts of the human body,and temperature control devices are used to keep the human body warm and improve the thermal comfort.The test results show that the design can continuously heat the human body in an intelligent way,effectively prevent and reduce the discomfort caused by heat loss,reduce the chance of unexpected cooling events for outdoor athletes,and improve the comfort of raincoat wearing.
