广州市纺织业碳排放核算与低碳绿色化水平评价

基于广州市纺织业能源消费、工业产值及废弃物排放等基础数据,采用碳排放系数法和能值法,对2011-2021年纺织业能源消耗碳排量、废弃物潜在碳排量及"全碳排"量进行核算,并对能耗碳排放强度、"全碳效率"及低碳绿色化水平进行分析.结果表明:2011-2021年广州市纺织业能源消耗碳排放量整体呈明显下降态势,降幅达58.08%;样本期内能源消耗碳排放强度无明显变化规律,2020年纺织业单位能耗产值较高、排放强度值最小;废弃物潜在碳排量降低了55.66%,3种废弃物中废水对碳排放贡献最大,碳减排降幅也最明显;"全碳排"总量与能耗碳排量变化趋势基本相同,2020年全碳效率值最小,纺织业低碳绿色化水平最高.
Carbon emission accounting and low carbon green level evaluation of textile industry in Guangzhou
Based on the basic data of energy consumption,industrial output value and waste emission of Guangzhou textile industry,the carbon emission coefficient method and energy value method are used to calculate the carbon emission of energy consumption,potential carbon emission of waste and"total carbon emission"of Guangzhou textile industry from 2011 to 2021.The carbon emission intensity of energy consumption,"full carbon efficiency"and low carbon green level are also analyzed.The results show that from 2011 to 2021,the overall energy consumption and carbon emissions of Guangzhou's textile industry show a significant decline trend,with the carbon emissions decreasing by 58.08%;During the sample period,there is no significant change in energy consumption and carbon emission intensity.In 2020,the textile industry has a higher unit energy consumption output value and the lowest emission intensity value;The potential carbon emissions of waste decrease by 55.66%,and among the three types of waste,wastewater contributes the most to carbon emissions,with the most significant reduction in carbon emissions;The total amount of carbon emissions and the trend of energy consumption and carbon emissions are basically the same.In 2020,the total carbon efficiency value is the smallest,and the low-carbon and green level of the textile industry was the highest.
