人工肌腱/韧带生物材料研究进展

随着人们预期寿命的延长和高强度运动的普及,肌腱/韧带(TL)损伤的频率也随之增加.由于其组织的特异性,受损肌腱和韧带的快速恢复对治疗极具挑战性.基于不同生物材料、制备技术、生物活性分子和细胞等在治疗修复TL损伤方面的最新进展,介绍了TL损伤与治疗的现状,回顾了天然生物聚合物和合成生物聚合物材料在TL组织修复中的应用,讨论了当前TL组织支架的制备技术和再生策略,以期为TL组织修复生物材料的开发提供参考.
Advances in biomaterials of artificial tendon/ligament
With increasing life expectancy and the popularity of high-intensity exercise,the frequency of tendon/ligament(TL)injuries has increased,and rapid recovery of damaged tendons and ligaments is challenging to treat due to their tissue specificity.Based on the latest progress of different biomaterials,preparation techniques,bioactive molecules and cells in the treatment and repair of TL damage,the status quo of TL damage and treatment is introduced,the application of natural biopolymer and synthetic biopolymer materials in TL tissue repair is reviewed,and the current preparation techniques and regeneration strategies of TL tissue scaffolds are discussed,in order to provide a new idea for the development of TL tissue repair biomaterials.
