植物染舒弹丝混纺针织面料的开发与性能

采用生物基弹性舒弹丝纤维分别与棉纤维和涤纶进行混纺,制备了8种不同粗细和混纺比例的纱线,并在电脑横机上织造了平针和罗纹两种组织的织物.通过植物染色工艺得到8种不同规格参数的舒弹丝混纺针织面料,并分别测试其服用性能.得出结论:8种舒弹丝混纺针织面料的顶破强力、透气性和抗起毛起球性能均达到了服用面料的要求,同时具有适中且持久稳定的弹性和良好的抗皱性.
Development of plant dyed elastic silk blended knitted fabric and its properties
Eight kinds of yarns with different thickness and blending ratio are prepared by blending bio-based elastic silk fiber with cotton fiber and polyester fiber respectively,and two texture types of plain stitch and rib,are woven on computer flat knitting machine.Eight kinds of elastic silk blended knitted fabrics with different specifications and parameters are obtained by plant dyeing process,and their wearability is tested respectively.The results show that the bursting strength,air permeability and anti-pilling properties of eight kinds of elastic silk blended knitted fabrics meet the requirements of wearing fabrics,as well as moderate and durable stable elasticity and good wrinkle resistance.
