纯棉针织物平幅染色中的烘筒烘干工艺

为优化烘筒烘干工艺流程,减少织物正反面色差,设计了4种轧染工艺对纯棉罗纹织物进行染色,根据织物的表观色深,得出最优轧染工艺为轧-烘-蒸工艺.在烘筒烘干过程中,应先采取低温烘燥,当织物带液率降至一定程度后,再以逐级升温的方式对织物进行烘燥,织物正反面接触烘筒间隔时间控制在20 s以下为宜,带液率30%时汽蒸固色效果最好.对于轻薄型针织物,除降低初始烘干温度外,还应提高车速,以加快烘筒传动速度,提高布面匀染性.
Cylinder drying technology in open-width dyeing of cotton knits
In order to optimize the ylingder drying process and reduce the color difference between the front and back of the fabric,four kinds of pad-dyeing process are designed for pure cotton rib fabric dyeing.According to the apparent color depth of the fabric,the optimum process of pad-dry-cure is obtained.In the cylinder drying process,low temperature drying should be adopted first.When the pick-up rate of the fabric drops to a certain degree,the fabric should be dried by stepwise heating method.The interval between the front and back of the fabric contact with the cylinder should be controlled appropriate below 20 s,and the best color fixing effect is achieved when the pick-up is about 30%.For lightweight knitted fabrics,in addition to reducing the initial drying temperature,the speed should be increased to speed up the cylinder transmission speed and improve the evenness of fabric surface.
