纳米二氧化硅改性吸声针织物制备及性能

为探究组织结构和纳米二氧化硅(nano-silica)质量分数对吸声针织物性能的影响,利用棉/腈纶90/10混纺纱线编织双罗纹针织物和双罗纹空气层针织物.制备质量分数为1.0%、1.5%和2.0%的纳米二氧化硅涂层剂,对两种针织物进行涂层处理,测试其吸声、透气、抗撕裂等性能.结果表明:nano-silica涂层可显著提高针织物在高频段(2 000 Hz以上)的吸声性能,吸声性能与二氧化硅涂层质量分数和针织物面密度成正相关,涂层工艺不影响纬编针织物的撕裂强度,但会降低织物的透气性能.
Preparation of nano-silica modified sound-absorbing knitted fabric and its properties
In order to investigate the effect of structure and nano-silica coating concentration on the performance of sound-absorbing knitted fabrics,90%cotton/10%acrylic blended yarn is used to prepare interlock and Puntodi Roma fabrics followed by coating with nano-silica agents of 1.0%,1.5%,and 2.0%respectively.The basic mechanical properties and sound absorption properties of fabric samples aretested.The results show that nano-silica coating can significantly improve the acoustic performance of knitted fabrics in the high frequency(above 2000 Hz).The acoustic performance is positively correlated with the concentration of nano-silica coating and the surface density of the interlock fabric,the nano-silica coating does not affect the tear strength of the fabric but reduces the breathability of the fabric.
