Effect of pretreatment on efficiency of hemp anaerobic continuous flow biological degumming
Based on the small-scale anaerobic continuous flow biological degumming experimental device,taking Heilongjiang hemp as the research object,the effect of pretreatment on the efficiency of continuous flow biological degumming is explored by adjusting the pretreatment method and the additives.Based on the physical properties of the fibers,it has been confirmed that the pre-treatment method of boiling with 2%sodium hydroxide for 1.5 h can shorten the anaerobic continuous flow biological degumming time of hemp from 72 h to 48 h,providing reference for the industrial application of anaerobic continuous flow biological degumming technology.
