Production key points of coconut carbon modified polyester fiber/Tencel/silkworm pupa protein fiber yarn-dyed fabric are summarized.Product development idea,fabric specifications and color yarn arrangement are introduced.Through technology parameters innovation,the average loom efficiency can reach 91.2%,and after testing,the far infrared emissivity of fabric is 0.94,the far infrared temperature appreciation of fabric is 1.5 K,the anion-generating capacity of fabric is 780 pcs/cm3,the softness of fabric is 0.61,the smoothness of fabric is 1.52 and air permeability is 1 152 mm/s.It is considered that the developed product has health function,smooth and soft handle and good air permeability,which can meet the consumers needs.
