摘要

设计了一种泡绉千鸟格羊毛织物.面料结构为局部双层,单层处由里层经纱和表层纬纱交织形成;双层处的表层由非弹力经纱与非弹力纬纱交织,形成鸟形图案;双层处的里层为含有莱卡纤维的白色弹力纱线交织.面料下机后,含有弹力纱线的里层组织收缩,不含弹力纱线的表层图案隆起,形成立体的泡绉千鸟格图案,具有明显的三维效果;图案的形状和大小由里层经纱和表层纬纱的交织点决定.

Abstract

A crepe swallow gird wool fabric is designed.The fabric structure is partial double layer;Tthe single layer is interwoven by the inner warp and the outer weft;The surface layer of the double layer is non-elastic warp and non-elastic weft interwoven to form a bird pattern;The inner layer of the double-layer fabric is interwoven with white yarn containing Lycra fiber;After weaving,the inner layer containing Lycra yarn shrinks,and the surface layer without Lycra yarn bulges,forming a three-dimensional crepe pattern with obvious three-dimensional characteristics;The shape and size of the three-dimensional pattern of the fabric is determined by the interlacing point of the inner warp and the outer weft.
