摘要
探索了间断式提花泡泡纱的研制方法,利用多臂织机闲置的二页综,分别作为控制泡经纱张力变化的各自独立的装置,赋予综页运动新功能.其各自控制相邻的泡泡条,通过纹板控制两页综的升降次序和时刻,从而积极送经或停止送经.两泡泡条起泡区位置上下、左右错落排列,配合经起花等组织,富有装饰感.采用CAD进行纹样模拟,泡经区和起花组织的经向张力需要独立控制,最终研制出交错式折皱泡泡纱提花织物.
Abstract
The development method of intermittent figure seersucker is discussed.The idle two-leaf heald of dobby loom is used as the independent executive device of the tension change of the bubble warp yarn,and the heald is endowed with new functions to control the movement of the adjacent bubble strips.The adjacent bubble strips are controlled separately,and the lifting order and timing of the two healds are controlled,so as to actively send or stop the warp.The bubble areas of the two bubble strips are arranged in a staggered manner from top to bottom,left to right,and are decorated with floral and other structures.Using CAD for pattern simulation,the warp tension of the bubble warp zone and the patterned tissue needs to be independently controlled,resulting in the development of a staggered wrinkled bubble jacquard fabric.
