Preparation of silk conductive cardiac patch by in-situ polymerization and its characterization
A new type of silk conductive cardiac patch is prepared by in-situ polymerization using polypyrrole and reduced graphene oxide to conduct conductive finishing on silk fabrics, and the optimization of its finishing process is discussed. The test results show that the scanning electron microscope images show that the conductive particles on the surface of the conductive cardiac patch increase with the increase in the concentration of pyrrole monomer and graphene oxide, and their electrical conductivity also increases. Its surface resistance decreases as the concentration of pyrrole monomer increases. The optimal concentration of pyrrole monomer for in-situ polymerization is 1 g/L,and the optimal concentration of graphene oxide is 8 g/L;The infrared test results show that polypyrrole and reduced graphene oxide are polymerized well on the surface of silk fabrics; With the increase of the concentration of in situ polymerization, the thermal properties and degradation rate of conductive cardiac patch have improved, and their Young's modulus indicators show a downward trend.Comprehensive analysis shows that the preparation of silk conductive cardiac patch by in situ polymerization is very feasible.
