摘要
以壳聚糖(CH)、细菌纤维素(BC)为原料,通过化学交联设计了4种试验方案,研究4种不同浓度的BC对复合水凝胶材料的交联度、溶胀度、抗菌性等性能的影响.结果表明:BC可以提高CH水凝胶的交联和强度,BC/CH水凝胶具有良好的pH值敏感性和较高的交联度;抗菌试验证明,BC/CH水凝胶具有良好的抗菌性能.
Abstract
Using chitosan(CH)and bacterial cellulose(BC)as raw materials,four experimental schemes are designed through chemical crosslinking process to study the effects of four different concentrations of bacterial cellulose on the crosslinking degree,swelling degree,antibacterial property and other properties of composite hydrogel materials.The results show that bacterial cellulose could improve the crosslinking and strength of chitosan hydrogels.BC/CH hydrogels have good pH sensitivity and high crosslinking degree.The antibacterial experiment shows that BC/CH hydrogels have good antibacterial properties.
