钨酸铯(CsxWO3)具有独特的六边形结构和光学特性,对UV和NIR有着很好的屏蔽效果.同时,在紫外(UV)、可见光(Vis)及近红外区波长光源照射下,CsxWO3具有明显的光催化效果.这些优势使CsxWO3在节能窗的太阳滤光片、UV/NIR屏蔽的纺织品以及全光谱自清洁材料等领域都具有应用潜力.根据国内外研究现状,系统阐述了CsxWO3的合成方法,分析了CsxWO3的全光谱响应及光催化机理,并对其在纺织印染行业的应用进行了概述.总结和归纳了CsxWO3存在的一些问题,并对其未来的发展方向作出了展望.
Preparation of cesium tungstate and its application in textile industry
Cesium tungstate(CsxWO3)has a unique hexagonal structure and optical properties,which has a good shielding effect on UV and NIR.Meanwhile,under the irradiation of ultraviolet(UV),visible light(Vis),and near-infrared wavelength light sources,CsxWO3 can provide significant photocatalytic feedback.These advantages make CsxWO3 have potential applications in energy-saving window solar filters,UV/NIR shielding textiles,and full spectrum self-cleaning materials.Based on the current research status at home and abroad,the synthesis method of CsxWO3 is systematically elaborated,the full spectrum response and photocatalytic mechanism of CsxWO3 are analyzed,and its application in the textile printing and dyeing industry is summarized.Some problems of CsxWO3 are summarized,and its future development direction is prospected.
