摘要
使用纳米TiO2/ZnO合金对聚丙烯(polypropylene,PP)纤维进行表面改性,以提高其抗紫外线老化性能.比较不同TiO2/ZnO配比溶胶体系的紫外吸光性能和粒径,筛选出较为合适的配比体系,探究紫外光照前后合金改性纤维的抗紫外老化性能.结果表明:纳米TiO2/ZnO合金粒子成功涂覆在PP纤维表面,形成完整均匀的合金膜结构,当Ti:Zn摩尔比为1:3时,经60 h连续紫外光照后,PP纤维强力损失率从35.9%下降至11.3%,表明抗紫外老化性能明显提升.
Abstract
Surface modification of polypropylene(PP)fiber is carried out with a composite system of TiO2 and ZnO nanoparticles to improve their UV aging resistance.The UV absorption performance and particle size of sol systems with different TiO2/ZnO ratios are compared,the most suitable ratio system is selected,and the UV aging resistance of nano TiO2/ZnO modified fibers before and after UV irradiation is explored.The results show that the composite system of TiO2/ZnO nanoparticles are successfully coated on the surface of PP fibers,forming a complete and uniform alloy film structure.When the Ti:Zn molar ratio is 1:3,after 60 h of continuous UV irradiation,the strength loss rate of PP fibers decrease from 35.9%to 11.3%,indicating a significant improvement in UV aging resistance.
