摘要
利用毛与涤纶混纺纱线在单面针织提花大圆机上编织两种立体纬编针织毛呢面料,并对后整理工艺进行系统设计,成功开发出两款质地挺括,表面具有立体花纹的毛呢织物.介绍了纱线选择、织造工艺、面料规格、整理工艺的具体参数,为面料创新提供参考依据.
Abstract
Two types of three-dimensional warp-knitted woolen fabrics are woven using mainly wool and a blend of wool and polyester yarn on a single-sided jacquard knitting machine.The post-finishing process is systematically designed,resulting in the successful development of two structured and patterned woolen fabrics.The specific parameters of yarn selection,weaving process,fabric specifications,and finishing process are introduced,providing reference for fabric innovation.
