摘要

基于铜氨/黏胶/真丝交织面料的性能特点,结合实际,采用中等捻度的铜氨丝作为经纱,强捻黏胶和真丝作为纬纱,经过络丝、并捻、整经、穿经、织造、后整理等工序,在剑杆织机上织出铜氨/黏胶/真丝建宏绉交织面料.该面料不仅成本低,而且环保,具有柔和的光泽和滑爽的触感,加上独特的起皱风格,服用性能优良.其品质接近于真丝,但强度和耐磨性以及尺寸稳定性等均优于真丝产品.

Abstract

Based on the performance characteristics of copper ammonia/viscose/silk interwoven fabric and combined with the practical situation of the enterprise,a unique style of copper ammonia viscose silk crepe de Chine interwoven fabric is woven on a rapier loom using medium twist copper ammonia silk fiber as warp yarn,strong twist viscose and silk as weft yarn,via various processes such as winding,twisting,warping,threading,weaving,and finishing.This fabric is not only cost-effective,but also environmentally friendly,with a soft luster and smooth touch.Coupled with a unique wrinkling style,it has excellent wearing performance.Its quality is close to that of real silk,but its strength,wear resistance,and dimensional stability are superior to those of real silk products.
