Development of high elastic and comfortable sports bandage fabric
A high elastic and comfortable sports bandage fabric is developed with the warp made of 73.8 tex cotton yarn,and the weft made of 77.7 dtex/44.4 tex polyester spandex wrapped yam and 18.45 tex×2 cotton polyester yarn,arranged in a ratio of 1∶2.The selection of raw materials and the design of products are introduced in detail,and the main production processes,such as warping and rapier weaving,and their technical measures are analyzed.The raw materials combination is appropriate,the production process is reasonable,the weaving efficiency of grey fabric can reach 92％,the first-class goods of next machine can reach 85％,and the first-class goods of storage can reach 98％.The finished product cad meet the performance requirements of sports bandage,such as mobility,protection,recovery and comfort.
