还原染料对聚苯硫醚纱线的染色性及耐光性

摘要
针对聚苯硫醚染色后耐光性差、日晒色牢度低的问题,选用还原染料并制定相应的染料母液还原配方及染色条件对聚苯硫醚纱线进行染色试验.结果表明:采用质量分数3%的还原染料对聚苯硫醚纱线进行染色,其耐日晒色牢度可达3~4级,耐干湿摩擦色牢度、汗渍色牢度、水洗色牢度可达4级;同时,还原染料染色后的聚苯硫醚纱线仍能保持优异的热学及力学性能.
Abstract
In view of poor light resistance and low color fastness to sunlight in polyphenylene sulfide dyeing,dyeing experiments are conducted on polyphenylene sulfide yarn by selecting vat dyes and optimizing the corresponding dye reduction formulas and dyeing conditions.The results show that the polyphenylene sulfide yarn dyed with 3%vat dyes has a color fastness of 3~4 levels to sunlight,and a color fastness of 4 levels to dry and wet friction,sweat,and washing;Meanwhile,the polyphenylene sulfide yarn dyed with vat dyes can still maintain excellent thermal and mechanical properties.
