复合聚丙烯阻燃非织造材料的制备及性能

在静电纺丝液中添加无卤阻燃剂聚磷酸铵(APP),研究聚丙烯(PP)熔喷和PP/聚丙烯腈(PAN)@APP材料的阻燃过滤性能.结果表明:PP/PAN@APP对直径为0.3μm颗粒的过滤效率约为98%,而PP熔喷材料仅为41.504%;APP的加入明显改善了复合材料的燃烧性能,燃烧时无融滴滴落,成碳增加;TG结果显示,PP/PAN@APP的热性能比PP/PAN好,残碳量约是后者的7倍;并且随着APP质量分数增大,PAN@APP纤维的平均直径增大,但比PP纤维直径小;EDS能谱分析发现,APP中的主要元素N、P在纳米纤维材料中分布均匀.
Preparation of composite polypropylene flame retardant nonwovens and their properties
By adding halogen-free flame retardant ammonium polyphosphate(APP)into electrospinning solution,the flame retardant filtration performance of PP melt-spraying and PP/PAN@APP is studied.The results show that the filtration efficiency of PP/PAN@APP for 0.3 pm particles is about 98%,while that of PP melt-blown materials is only 41.504%.The addition of APP significantly improves the combustion performance of the composite material,with no drop during combustion and an increase in carbon formation.TG results show that the thermal properties of PP/PAN@APP are better than that of PP/PAN,and the amount of carbon residue is about 7 times that of PP/PAN.With the increase of APP mass fraction,the average fiber diameter of PAN@APP increases and is smaller than that of PP fiber.EDS analysis shows that the main elements N and P in APP are evenly distributed in nanofiber materials.
