针对玄武岩等特种纤维在使用常规梳理机进行梳理、转移过程中易出现掉网、乱网、出棉不连续、转移率低等问题,在常规非织造梳理机设计基础上结合气流成网技术,研发了一款吸气式特种纤维非织造梳理机.介绍了特种纤维梳理机的工作原理以及整机结构设计方案,并通过玄武岩纤维梳理试验验证了整机的可靠性,为特种纤维梳理机的产业化提供了一种可行的技术方案.
Design and practice of a new type of suction-type nonwoven carding machine for special fiber
A new type of suction-type nonwoven carding machine for special fiber has been developed by combining the latest air flow web forming technology with the conventional nonwoven carding machine design to address issues such as dropping nets,tangled nets,discontinuous cotton discharge,and low transfer rates that occur during the carding and transfer process of special fibers such as basalt fiber.The working principle and overall structure design of carding machine for the new special fiber are introduced,and the reliability of the entire machine is verified through basalt fiber carding experiments,providing a feasible technical solution for the industrialization of carding machines for special fiber.
