复合材料预制体针刺成形工艺参数的影响规律

摘要
为了优化预制体针刺成形工艺,研究了钩刺深度、刺针数量、针刺密度等参数对针刺力及预制体体积分数的影响规律.研究表明:针刺力随着钩刺深度、刺针数量及铺层厚度的增加而增大,但刺针排列方式及针刺密度影响较小;预制体体积分数随针刺密度增大而增大,刺针数量、布置方式对预制体体积分数影响不大;预制体体积分数随铺层厚度增大而增大,当刺针钩齿在针刺过程中均没入预制体后,预制体体积分数趋于稳定.研究结果可为优化航空航天等领域高性能复合材料构件针刺成形工艺提供参考.
Abstract
In order to optimize the needle punching forming process of preform,the influence of parameters such as hook teeth depth,number of needles and needle punching density on the needle punching force and volume fraction of perform is investigated.Researches has shown that the needle punching force increases with the increase of hook teeth depth,number of needles and layer thickness,but the influence of needle arrangement and needling density is relatively small;The volume fraction of preform increases with the increase of needling density,and the number and arrangement of needles have little effect on the volume fraction of preform;The volume fraction of preform increases with the increase of the layer thickness,but when the hook teeth are all inserted into the preform during the needling process,the volume fraction of preform tends to stabilize.The research results can provide a reference for optimizing the needle punching forming process of high-performance composite components in aerospace and other fields.
