摘要
针对目前中小纺织企业存在的生产流程长、品种复杂、人员流动快以及生产管理水平相对较低等问题,结合工业互联网的设计理念,通过分析多端协同的技术特点和作用,为中小纺织企业制定多端协同的ERP系统总体设计方案,开展系统框架、系统功能、关键技术以及服务统一治理等方面的研究.通过运用系统集成和跨端跨平台技术,构建了多端协同的中小纺织企业ERP系统,实现了设备协同和数据共享,提高了管理效率,促进了企业实现精细化管理.
Abstract
In view of the problems existing in small and medium-sized textile enterprises,such as long production process,complex varieties,fast personnel flow and relatively low production management level,combined with the design concept of the industrial Internet,by analyzing the technical characteristics and functions of multi end collaboration,the overall design scheme of multi end collaboration ERP system is formulated for small and medium-sized textile enterprises,and the research on system framework,system functions,key technologies and unified service governance is carried out.A multi-terminal collaboration ERP system for small and medium-sized textile enterprises is constructed by using system integration and cross-end and cross-platform technology to realize equipment collaboration and data sharing,so as to improve management dimension and promote the fine management level of enterprises.
