Development of yarn-dyed flame-retardant woven fabric for infants and children clothing
The yarn-dyed flame-retardant woven fabric for infants and children clothing is developed using vortex spun biomass graphene modified seaweed fiber blended with raw liquid colored flame-retardant viscose fiber as warp yarns, and biomass graphene modified seaweed fiber spandex core-spun yam as weft yams. The fabric performance is tested and analyzed.Based on the characteristics of yarn and fabric,PVA-free sizing and jet weaving technology is adopted, and the winding, warping, sizing, and weaving processes are optimized. The developed fabric has excellent characteristics of flame retardancy, antibacterial effect, soft and comfortable, and environmentally friendly, which can better meet the consumption needs of infants and children textiles and the upgrading requirements of textile and clothing enterprises, and has good economic value and social benefits.
