摘要
探讨了纺纱车间清梳联工序引起火灾和粉尘爆炸事故的原因和防护措施.针对纺纱车间防火防爆的重点部位清梳联工序,分析了产生火灾和粉尘爆炸的风险和应对措施.从生产实际出发,提出车间、主机设备和除尘系统的防火防爆措施,并对车间安全管理提出建议.
Abstract
The causes and protective measures of fire and dust explosion accidents caused in cleaning and combing process in spinning workshop are explored.The risks and countermeasures of fire and dust explosion in the key area in cleaning and combing process are analyzed.Starting from the actual production,fire and explosion prevention measures for the workshop,main equipment,and dust removal system are proposed,and suggestions are made for workshop safety management.
