Dyeing process of cotton fabric in non-aqueous medium
Pad dyeing of cotton fabric is carried out with an environmentally friendly dyeing medium,Decamethyl cyclopentasiloxane(D5).The effects of sodium carbonate concentration, fixation time and fixation temperature on the fixation rate and levelness of cotton fabric with reactive dyes are investigated, and the optimum dyeing process of C.I.Reactive Red 195 in D5 non-aqueous medium is determined. The results show that when the mass concentration of sodium carbonate is 50 g/L,the fixation time is 6 min,and the fixation temperature is 93 ℃,cotton fabric can achieve the best dyeing effect;Under these conditions, the color fastness to rubbing of dyed cotton fabric reaches level 4,and the color fastness to sunlight reaches level 4,both of which meet the requirements of national standards.Compared with conventional water bath dyeing, this process can greatly save energy, shorten dyeing time and achieve the goal of clean dyeing and finishing.
